Acts 19:18
Many who became believers confessed their sinful practices.The most common way to hide sin is through lying. In John 8:44, Jesus taught us about Satan, the father of lies when he said, “You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father's desire. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies.” The way to be free from the bondage of sin is to know and obey the Jesus, the Truth. Confess your sins to Christ and you will be free from the bondage that keeps you from experiencing a fuller more fervent life.
