Ecclesiastes 1:9
History, merely repeats itself. It has all been done before. Nothing under the sun is truly new.Have you ever found yourself trapped in a vicious cycle of sinning the same sin over and over again? The sinful things that we’re doing today are the same sinful things that people have been doing for generations. From history, we've even learned that great civilizations experienced a cyclical journey:
Put an end to the vicious cycle of sin by being mindful of what 1 Peter 2:16 teaches us, "You are not slaves; you are free. But your freedom should not be an excuse to sin. Live as servants of God." Make a conscious choice to stop going around and around in circles as slaves to sin, but rather to serve Him and gain your freedom.
