LUSTFUL DESIRES

Ephesians 2:3
All of us used to live that way,
following the passions and
desires of our evil nature.
We were born with an evil nature,
and we were under God's anger
just like everyone else.



Ephesians 2:3 speaks about our human nature before God gave us a new life in Christ. Anybody who will give their life to Jesus, according to 2 Corinthians 5:17, “is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!” But the choice to become this new creation or to remain the old creature is still ours. The only way to escape from the lustful desires of our evil nature is to choose the new nature offered to us by our Lord Jesus Christ. Are you succumbing to your lustful desires or have you chosen to become a new creature?
