THE ROOTS

Colossians 2:7
Let your roots grow down into him
and draw up nourishment from him,
so you will grow in faith,
strong and vigorous in the
truth you were taught.
Let your lives overflow with
thanksgiving for all he has done.



Growth is always a process. Sometimes it's even a painful process. Every person who desires to try and climb the ladder of success goes through the process of educating oneself and having to pass all the required tests. As our faith grows, we have to learn from the Word of God and implement those lessons in our lives. When we obey God's desires for us, whether it be painful or filled with suffering, we pass the tests and find our faith increased because we now have proof that the Word of God is true.
